What’s Inside Each Prayer Resource
Each blog post focuses on one major evangelism topic (e.g. fear of rejection, clarity in the Gospel, identity confusion). Under that topic are:
6 Subtopics with:
- ✅ 3 Bible verses per subtopic
- 🙏 1 one-sentence prayer prompt (short, powerful, scripture-based)
You can simply read the verses aloud and pray the short one-sentence prompts. If read straight through, all six prayer points take just 1–2 minutes total. But these are meant to serve as a launching point for deeper, Spirit-led intercession—allowing your group to pray through the scriptures more fully as the Holy Spirit leads.
What an Evangelism Prayer Meeting Looks Like
A typical evangelism prayer meeting includes:
- Worship (10–15 minutes)
- Opening prayer to welcome the Holy Spirit
- Reading scripture aloud (taking turns for each subtopic)
- One person reads the prayer prompt, then leads into deeper prayer
- Others join in—usually 2–3 people pray per topic
- Repeat for each of the 6 subtopics
The full prayer time usually takes 60–120 minutes, depending on how many join and how deeply the group prays. The sweet spot tends to be around 90 minutes total, including worship and prayer.
Ideal group size: 4–6 people, with shared leadership and rotating prayer roles.
